Fitnity is owned and operated by Quantaverse Global Labs Private Limited (CIN: U62011ME2026PTC475564). This policy explains what data we collect through the Fitnity app and website, why, and how we protect it.
1. Who This Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Fitnity mobile app (iOS and Android) and the website at fitnity.in, including fitness seekers ("Users") and facility/provider owners ("Owners") who list on the platform.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name, phone number, email address
- Profile photo and fitness preferences
- Payment details processed via Razorpay (we do not store card/UPI credentials ourselves)
- Provider/business details, if registering as an Owner (facility name, GST, documents for verification)
- Content you post — reviews, ratings, social posts, comments
Information collected automatically
- Location data, to show nearby gyms, studios, and turfs (with your permission)
- Device information, app usage, and crash logs, for reliability and security
- Attendance/check-in data (QR scans) at facilities you subscribe to
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account, bookings, and subscriptions
- To process payments and settlements with facility Owners
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service notifications
- To show you relevant providers, plans, and offers near you
- To maintain platform safety — reviewing reports, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain transaction records only as required for accounting/tax compliance (typically up to 8 years under Indian law), and delete other personal data within 30 days.
6. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and to raise a grievance. To exercise any of these rights, email support@fitnity.in. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users of any data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
8. Children's Privacy
Fitnity is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email.
