Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Fitnity is a fitness and sports marketplace connecting Users with gyms, yoga studios, swimming centers, zumba studios, and sports facilities ("Providers"/"Owners") across India. Fitnity is a product of Quantaverse Global Labs Private Limited.

2. Accounts & Roles

Fitnity supports three roles: User (browses and books), Owner (lists and manages facilities/plans), and Admin (platform oversight). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a plan or book a session, you enter into an agreement for that service directly with the Owner. Fitnity facilitates discovery, booking, and payment, but is not itself the provider of the fitness/sports service.

Plan pricing, validity, and terms are set by each Owner and displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Fitnity does not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. A platform commission is deducted from Owner payouts as disclosed in the Owner dashboard; this does not change the price a User pays.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on the specific plan/item's cancellation policy, shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for full details on the process.

6. Owner Responsibilities

Owners listing on Fitnity must provide accurate facility information, honor active subscriptions, and comply with applicable local laws and safety regulations. Fitnity reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or receive substantiated user complaints.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting false reviews, harassing other users, attempting to bypass in-app payments, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fitnity is a marketplace connecting Users and Owners; we are not liable for the quality, safety, or conduct of any facility or instructor. To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking/subscription.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fitnity after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For questions, email support@fitnity.in.
